Our standard Householder’s Contents Policy is provided on contents whilst contained in the buildings against the risk of Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Thunderbolt, Subterranean fire, Earthquake, Volcanic eruption, Aircraft or other aerial devices or articles dropped there from, Bursting or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes, Theft, Impact damage by any third party road vehicles, horses or cattle,   Storm, Tempest, Flood or overflow of the Sea.  Insurance is provided on all kinds of declared household items and jewellery.

 Contents temporarily removed from the building whilst in any bank safe deposit or private dwellings where the insured or members of his family are residing or employed are covered.  Reasonable costs of the alternative accommodation in the event of building being rendered uninhabitable are also covered.

Standard policy may be extended to cover legal liability to landlord and third parties.
