Our Claim setttlement process is simple in terms of both procedures and documentations. Documents required for some of the classes of claims are given below, however certain other ducuments are required depending on the nature, type of claim involved and individual circumstances.
Workmen’s Compensation
The Accident form duly filled and signed.
Original Sick Leave Certificates.
Original Final Medical Report.
Copy of injured’s Employement Contract.
Date when the injured resumed his duty.
Police Report.
Invoices.
Court decision (certain classes)
Claim Bill etc.
Engineering
incident Report from Site Engineer.
Invoice / Bills /Payment Receipt.
If damages sustained to underground facility, invoice as per Amiri Decree as well as payment receipt from relevant authorities also required.

How to lodge a Claim
In the event of any incident which might give rise to a loss under the Policy, Insured can notify us over phone followed by written notification. Our expert claims handling professional will then extend their full co-operation to inform you the next course of action.
Loss minimization efforts
Insured should put his maximum efforts to minimize the loss, for example, if fire occured in the premises they should try to extinguish the fire, protect the other materials which may consequently be damaged, immediately inform the Fire Brigade Authority, segregate the damaged / undamaged items etc.
Precautions to have
It is in the favour of both Insurer and Insured to take precautionary measures to reduce the possibilities of loss by utilizing certain risk management techniwues i.e., from installing of fire fighting equipments, anti theft devices to proper house keeping. The precautionary measures to reduce the possibilities of loss is in the joint interests of both the Insurer and Insured, whilst the Insurer enjoyed the benefits of reduction in its claim bills, the Insured can avail the benefits of premium discounts with resultant reduction in premium level.
